Items in the online store are fulfilled using multiple fulfillment sources. Here is a general rule for fulfillment times for your orders:

FREE SHIPPING is available to all 50 USA States. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, international shipping is temporarily on hold.
FULFILLMENT
Wall art, home decor, apparel and jewelry are all created, fulfilled and shipped separately.
For example, if a customer orders a vivid metal print, an aromatherapy bracelet and a Hawaiian throw pillow, each item will be shipped from 3 separate cities in its own packaging and will reach the customer at different periods of time.
Jewelry & Mixed Media
​Jewelry items and mixed media art are created, customized, packed and shipped directly from Robert's studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Jewelry and mixed media items ship within 1-3 days using USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate.
Wall Art, Home Decor
Wall Art and Home Decor are "print-on-demand" products, which means they are not physically produced until they are ordered by the Customer. Wall art is produced by a photographic printing lab in Kansas, and home decor and apparel originate from a fabric printer in North Carolina.
Wall art requires 5-7 business days to produce. It ships directly to the customer using 2-day Fedex to all 50 states. PO Boxes are not accepted addresses with FEDEX.
Home decor and apparel requires 7-14 business days to produce. It ships directly to the customer using USPS.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from time of purchase.

Because of the print-on-demand nature of most items, cancellations are only accepted within the first 3 hours of your order.
