In Eastern traditions, Mandalas are ancient objects of meditation to aid in one's spiritual development. Mandalas depict the universe and the symbols of eternity.

This manadala is called the "Mandala of the Divine" and was inspired by the higher colors of the 7 chakras. Violet and gold represent our highest connection to the Divine.  The mandala was digitally created by using a combination of fractal renders and multiple layers of imagery including the cosmos and geometric shapes.

A fractal is a mathematical and geometric structure that has infinite detail on all scales of magnification. It is, in essence, the building block of nature. Consider a snowflake, a fern, the branches of a tree, flowers, the human respiratory system, supernovas, and the solar system. Everything in nature is expanding at an infinite rate and fractals represent this expansion. They are considered symbols of eternity and abundance because they never cease from multiplying and are, in essence, infinite.

The fractal that is the centerpiece of the design was personally discovered using powerful fractal rendering software and there is not another exactly like it in the universe! They form powerful connections between science, mathematics, and artistic beauty and make a wonderful addition to your home decor and meditaiton practice.
